Refund policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing over your parcel to the return sender, but in many cases it will be quicker. This period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you wish to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order via the "Complete Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item" button. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
