Which bottles do your lids fit?

Are there any special care instructions for your lids?

Yes, sodastyle lids are generally made of durable and hard-wearing material. Nevertheless, we recommend cleaning them regularly with a mild detergent and warm water. The lids should not be put in the dishwasher - this can dull them and make the sealing ring porous. It is better to wash them by hand and disinfect them from time to time (just like your bottles and the bubbler itself).

Are your lids dishwasher safe?

The lids do not belong in the dishwasher - this can make them dull and the sealing ring porous, even if they can withstand it. In general, sodastyle lids are made of durable and insensitive material. Ordering & shipping

How long does it take to ship the lids?

We ship daily and you will usually receive your order within 3 - 5 working days. Gift Cards are only available digitally and are therefore sent to your e-mail inbox immediately after you have successfully placed your order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you wish to return your order, you can request this from us within 14 days and a return label will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

Do you accept international orders?

We currently ship to the countries listed in the order process. If you cannot find your desired country, please use the contact form and get in touch with us directly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently support PayPal, Apple Pay and credit card. If you miss another payment method, please contact us.

Can I track the status of my order?

Of course. With every order, you will also receive an option to track your order and a status e-mail to let you know where your order is.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?

You can enter a different delivery address to your billing address during the ordering process. Once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to change the address.
